Our Role

Place Dynamix delivered the landscape design for the following:

1. Components of the streetscape, enhancing plant palette, spatial quality, and the interface between building and public space.

2. Rooftop terraces for office users, focusing on formal arrangement of space with flexibility of use.

• Maximise tree shading and scale-appropriate planting to support pedestrian circulation
• Landscaped edges to define public and semi-public realms
• Provide flexible outdoor rooftop terraces to optimise user experience
• Coordination with architecture to reinforce identity

Impact

The project strengthens streetscape quality in a mixed-use commercial context, adding depth to urban experience while supporting workplace and visitor comfort.

6 years on and the trees have well established canopies that give good shade and vertical greening to the office district.
