Jumeirah Emirates Towers is a landmark mixed-use precinct. The project required a landscape and public realm enhancement that supports office, retail and hotel uses — improving comfort, connectivity and aesthetic quality in a high-profile urban context.

Our Role

Place Dynamix provided landscape architecture and public realm enhancements, focusing on pedestrian comfort, shade, planting strategy and seamless integration with the existing architectural language.

Key Moves

  • Re-envisioned public spaces and pedestrian passages to support wayfinding
  • Introduced climate-responsive trees and planting to elevate comfort and identity
  • Coordinated furniture, lighting and paving systems for cohesive urban expression
  • Collaborated with architects, PMCs and facilities teams to ensure operational robustness

Impact

The enhancements have strengthened the user experience, microclimate comfort and overall urban quality around a key gateway in Dubai’s commercial skyline.
