Construction on the Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour reaches a new milestone

Dubai (May 30, 2017) – The foundation work of The Tower at Dubai Creek Harbour has been completed and work on the anchorages for the stay cables that are an integral part of design and structural support of The Tower has commenced.
The foundation work accomplished in record time. More than 145 barrette piles have been laid to depths of over 72 metres to secure the super-tall structure.
The barrette piles used for the foundation have been tested to a world record test load of 360 MN (36,000 tonnes). A cathodic protection system is being completed to protect it from any corrosion risk.
The Tower at DCH will witness a global team of professionals at work to create another global icon. The Tower will feature several observation decks that offer 360 degree views of the city and beyond. The Tower adds incredible economic value to Dubai Creek Harbour where Emaar has unveiled exceptional residential projects
